About
The Duke Math Meet is a high-level mathematics competition that aims to foster interest in advanced mathematics among high school students. Its mission is to bring together mathematically gifted students to solve challenging problems that go well beyond the standard high school curriculum. The core activities include the proof-oriented Power Round, where teams collaborate on complex multi-part problems, and the Individual Round, which tests speed and accuracy. Unique to the meet is the "Devil Round," a fast-paced, social event where students from different schools are mixed into teams to solve problems for fun. This combination of rigorous academic challenge and community building provides students with a unique platform to test their skills against peers from across the country.
